Descrizione Posizione Offerta:
This role will be responsible for mobile detailed radio planning, both
hardware and software, in order to achieve network roll-out targets.

Key responsibilities:
•    Define and ensure the implementation of detailed HW configuration
guidelines, looking for efficiencies through standardization of these
configurations.
•    In charge of the whole process from the detail radio planning to the
final implementation of the radio network.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•    Knowledge of radio access technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
•    Ability to meet the deadline and project definitions, supported by good
decision-making skills.
•    Works smartly to achieve results in effective way.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
•    Master’s degree in Engineering
•    Experience in managing Mobile Network processes and related analysis
