Quality Manager

The Quality Manager organizes, supports and leads all quality assurance procedures and quality improvement initiatives.
He/she is responsible for ensuring that all Managers, process owners and supervisors develop and maintain their part of the quality management system.
The Quality Manager monitors and advises on how the system is performing, which includes statistics regarding the company performance against set measures.
Key role of Quality Manager is ensuring that customers’ requirements and expectations are accurately identified and the Company meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Additionally he/she is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the Company in collaboration with the Sales
Department.
The Quality Manager is responsible in developing the quality goals and targets in the Company’s strategic plans.

 

Job Description

• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the Company
• Assessing product specifications and customer requirements
• Ensuring compliance with national and international standards of medical devices
• Defining quality processes and procedures in conjunction with operating staff
• Working methodically to establish a defined management system that all staff can
apply
• Setting up and maintaining quality controls and documentation
• Collating and analyzing performance data against defined parameters
• Writing technical and management system reports
• Supervising the programs of internal and external quality auditing
• Supervising the programs of continual improvements to products and services made
available by the company
• Pinpointing and running all the relevant quality-related training needs
