As a member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design and
development of analog and mixed-signal IPs, ICs and SoCs, from product
definition to prototyping.
You will verify compatibility between all subsystems, make sure that the
design is correct, power and cost efficient.
Your responsibilities will include:
- working with the marketing and the CTO teams to define new products and
their architecture
- carrying out the architectural design of analog and mixed-mode ICs and SoCs
- elaboration and maintenance of the functional and design specifications of
the circuits, including test strategies
- IC design and simulation, at both the system and circuit levels
- block and full chip layout follow-up and review, including contribution to
difficult layout
- development of IC validation tests
- debugging prototype silicon and interaction with test engineers to
characterize the products
- follow-up of the IC design team allocated to your project
As a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer:
- you hold a Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- you have at least five years of analog IC design experience
- you have a proven experience of several ASICs/SoCs successfully taped-out
and being first-time right
- you are familiar with UNIX and Linux
- you have experience with configuring and using one or more ASIC design
tools
- you can manipulate scripting and programming easily
- you have autonomous, precise and constructive ways to solve complex
technical problems
- in a dynamic working environment, you demonstrate good social skills and
team spirit
- you are fluent in English
The following qualifications and experience will be considered valuable:
- A/D and D/A converter architectures
- complex operational amplifiers
- advanced PLLs, DLLs and CDRs
- analog design in high-voltage (40V, 100V, ...) or floating supply domain
- design of ESD protection
- analog design in sub-micron processes (65, 40, 28 and 22nm, ...)
- publication or patent search and review
- active knowledge of another language (French, Dutch, German, Italian, ...)
